I have tried all sort of “Fats Loss” products and most of them advocate a “Low fat, Low carb, Low Calorie” programs.

I have tried but could not maintain for long because it is really tough to maintain and results I’m getting is not ideal though I am dieting hard!

Can anyone advise is there any ways to “Loss Fats” without dieting or eating diet pills?

This probably isn’t the answer you want to hear, but fasting (or not eating for long periods of time) is not at all a safe or effective way to lose weight. By not eating, your metabolism will slow down tremendously and after a while your body will go into “starvation mode.” Your body actually knows it’s not getting enough food or energy so it will actually start to store the energy it does have and convert it into fat (which is stored energy) in attempt to survive.

To lose weight safely, you’ll want to eat the correct portions of healthy foods (including healthy snacks in between meals to help boost your metabolism) and exercise.

It took me 4 and 1/2 years to lose weight after my first child now my second child is 6 months old and I need to lose some weight. If anything I want to lose it in my stomach and side areas. I can’t use pills or anything! I still breastfeed and plan on it for a while. Please help I want to feel comfortable in my skin again. Thanks

Running! If you run every day for half an hour, the weight will drop in no time. My aunt was really big after having her baby, but she said after running for a month [about 5 times a week] the weight was completely gone and she was thinner than before.
