Question by princesaLatina: For models out there: how can i lose the weight fast???
I am fed up with not being skinny. I am going to FAST for a week and see how much weight I will lose. I am a model and tomorrow i have a fashion show and i gained five pouns in the last two weeks…. i dont know why!?!!! and i am freaking out… i dont know what to do. in about a week, I have a photo shoot…. so anyone please help… i plan on fasting for a whole week… any suggestions or advice??? What if I get hungry… i have been “naturally” skinny but now I cant fit into my jeans!! please help me.

    I always fast for a week or two before, and if I get hungry, I’ll have celary because you burn more calaries eating it then there are in it; and if you want something sweet just eat a square of Hershey’s milk chocolate. Just one square, though.

    um..when im fasting and i crave food like crazy, i chew it up and taste it, but then spit it out and make sure i dont swallow any of it. i fasted for a while and then..i ate and now i cant stop.
    i started fasting again today but for the past two weeks ive been eating like a pig and i gained five pounds too.

    Are u serious about fasting? Fasting can make your metabolism rate becomes crazy. U can lose weight fast but gain back again fast eventhough u eat a little. Well this is a safe fasting method I learned (so far doesn’t cause gastric). I seldom use it unless I feel desperate. Early morning eat dates and a lot of water for energy. Then no food the whole day even water. During sunset, break your fast with dates again and a proper meal. U will only feel hungry the first few hours during lunch, then it will go away until u break ur fast. Don’t over eat during breaking fast. Remember, ur metabolism rate is real low by this point. Whatever u eat will store as fat very easily. I tried it for 2 weeks before and I lost around 10lb. I gained the weight back again after that. ha hah..

    if you don’t eat for a while, when you finally do eat your body will instantly store whatever food you intake making you worse off then when you started. A better idea is eating about 6 small meals throughout the day.
