I’ve been studying the topic of weight loss for about 10 years now (I’m a personal trainer for a living) so I think I can shed some light on the topic.
HOW TO LOSE FAT
1) Cut out carbs in the evenings (eat “low glycemic” carb sources in the day).
2) Choose the exercises that burn the most calories (NOT sit ups and curls). Squats, Lunges, Pull Ups etc. are great examples.
3) Use the software and meal plans from FatLossCustomized. com
4) Perform high intensity interval training.

Good advice about reading the label, especially the serving size. I didn’t realize people should only eat one serving for the longest time.

@lovebhuqq3 Just follow this guys advice.. “scooby1961″ he may look weird and not wear a shirt in a single video but he knows A LOT about fitness. I don’t think you need to do exactly what he says but just learn from him
I’m 16 (boy
) and he gives great advice.
Also please DO NOT think losing weight is something you do over the period of a few weeks or something like that, because it’s not and it wil make you give up

No canned goods or packaged goods. High Fructose Corn Syrup is almost every packaged and/or canned goods to some degree….goes into the body and become fat….HFCS

to lose 2lbs a wk you need a 1,000 calorie deficit a day.
eg. eating 500 fewer calories & burning 500 calories a day by working out for an hr
similarly
to lose1lb pound a week eat 250 fewer calories and working out for 30 mins a day. Eat unprocessed foods and keep occassional treats under 200 calories. Don’t eat less than 1200 calories a day or your metabolism may suffer and EXERCISE 4-6 x per wk

@lovebhuqq3 take a deep breath and say to yourself its not the end of the world. just remember to move about more and eat less. you could try low fat cooking? find out what your bmi is and that should help you find out how many calories you need. you could try a food diary or replace unhealthy food with fruit vegetables wholewheat crackers and stuff. also watch how you cook your food steam boil and grill are the best

@lovebhuqq3 oh my god, you sound just like me. i’m turning 15 in three weeks, and have been wanting to lose weight, and have been unsuccessful. no support from my family, they said they’re not gonna stop eating what they want just because of me. and i also babysit(that’s actually alot of excercise for me, running all day with the kids) so you’re not alone. best of luck to you!

Try weight watchers. I have a home girl who says she is on a point system and she eats just about whatever she wants. She has lost like 20lbs. She also works out.
