apparently its in his newest book.. he tells about this miracle substance, that when you take it, it flips the switch in your “hypothalamus” and tells your body to release fat..
does anyone have the book? can you please tell me what it is?
I would just buy the book, but I bought one of his other ones, and it was just full of crap… I think he’s actually a scam artist.. but I was curious about this of course.

Answer by iownku I don’t own the book but I’m guessing it’s a stimulant like caffiene, ephedra, etc.

Answer by tina_dopey Cause soy is good for weight loss, but protein is great for muscle…muscle weighs more then fat…so if you take this protein powder you will build alot more muscle…you won’t lose weight…

Hey there.
Ok i am NOT a chubby, fat, over weight girl. BUT i DO have some love handle action going on. In fact, they’re the only part of my body im not that happy with.
What is the most effective way to lose them. I no theres no such thing as “spot fat loss” but what can i do?

Answer by ryan h all love handles is are simply fat deposits. So how do you get rid of fat? through diet and cardiovasculaur exercise. do all you have to do is burn more calories than you take in. so I hope you like exercise and eating healthy.
